WHAT: During this week's Congressional Recess, Syracuse AARP members will be busy urging Congressman James Walsh (Congressional District 25) to help defeat proposals creating private accounts carved out of Social Security. Along with a strong message, the AARP members will deliver materials illustrating how private accounts will weaken Social Security.
