Vice Chief of Staff of the Army Gen. Richard Cody will honor more than 80 Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom veterans by awarding the respective campaign medals in a ceremony in Times Square Tuesday. Eight other Soldiers will reenlist that morning as more than 100 will pledge a "Reaffirmation of Duty" on Military Island as part of the Army's worldwide 230th birthday celebration.
