BALTIMORE, Sept. 8 /U.S. Newswire/ -- This week the Association of Small Business Development Centers (ASBDC) celebrates its 25- year anniversary during the annual conference at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel. Since 1980, the United States Small Business Administration has recognized the ASBDC as the representative for America's network of small business development centers. Approximately 5,000 counselors working in more than 1,000 small business development center offices have delivered entrepreneurial counseling to more than 1.3 million individuals a year in the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and American Samoa.
