ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 15 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The policy differences between U.S. Senate candidates Barbara Boxer and Bill Jones translate into $41 billion worth of fiscal differences too, according to a non-partisan study released today by the National Taxpayers Union Foundation (NTUF).
