WASHINGTON, June 15 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Republican Catherine Davis is launching an aggressive campaign to unseat scandal- ridden Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-Ga.) in Georgia's 4th Congressional District. "The residents in the 4th are telling me they want better representation in Congress -- and I'm running because I agree with them," said Davis. "McKinney's dismal legislative record and her outrageous behavior are an embarrassment to the hard-working folks in my district"
Davis, a resident of Stone Mountain, Ga., is a magna cum laude graduate of Tufts University, and an alumnus of the University Of Bridgeport School Of Law. Catherine served on the transition team for then Gov. George Allen (R-Va.), and also coordinated community outreach efforts for Gov. Allen's welfare reform initiative.
