WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff will try to defend the Bush Administration's misplaced priorities on homeland security tomorrow in a speech to the Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. With homeland security projects at New Jersey's ports, chemical plants and oil refineries woefully underfunded, the New Jersey native owes the people of the Garden State an explanation.
