Bank of America Donates $50,000 for Program to Enhance Employment and Training Opportunities for Vets

BRUNSWICK, N.J., Nov. 11, 2010 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Bank of America has donated $50,000 to the Foundation of UMDNJ for a program to help US veterans returning from deployment and looking for work.

The grant will be used to expand the Vet2Vet program operated by the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-University Behavioral HealthCare (UBHC) that assists the State's service men and women and their families with issues ranging from post traumatic stress syndrome and other behavioral health matters to marital and financial matters. With the additional Bank of America funding, NJ Vet2Vet will now assist veterans in learning about and pursuing employment and training opportunities as they reintegrate into society.
