WASHINGTON, April 7 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) today released a Field Assistance Bulletin (FAB) providing enforcement guidance to field investigators on Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).
