MORRISTOWN, N.J., April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Executives International (FEI), the association of choice for CFOs and other senior-level finance executives, today announced the formation of the FEI Private Company Roundtable. Formally unveiled at the 2010 FEI Leadership Summit being held in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Private Company Roundtable will establish a network of executives from across the United States to discuss the most pressing issues relevant to private companies, and assure these are being addressed at the national level.

The inaugural Roundtable meeting will be held on June 2, 2010. Roundtable teleconferences will be held quarterly, affording members an opportunity to hear from high-level government and technical speakers.
