WASHINGTON, Aug. 4 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The Foreign Policy Association has released its 2004 Citizen's Guide to U.S. Foreign Policy. Experts and analysts agree that foreign policy issues will play a greater role in the 2004 presidential election than any time in recent history.

Every presidential election year since 1968, the FPA has published its Citizen's Guide to U.S. Foreign Policy. The nonpartisan Citizen's Guide offers concise, easy-to-read briefs on seven key foreign policy issues, providing basic facts, current U.S. policy, and the pros and cons of alternative policies.
