LOWELL, Mass., Aug. 7 /U.S. Newswire/ -- A scholarship fund for the children of State Police Trooper Vincent Cila of Wakefield will be the benefactor of a fundraising night of games Tuesday, August 23 at the Brewery Exchange in Lowell, bringing together members of the law enforcement and motorcycling communities.

Cila was killed while operating his state police issued motorcycle on July 22. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
