FAIRFAX, Va., Dec. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- General Dynamics Information Technology, a business unit of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), was awarded a $10.7 million contract by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families (ACF) to provide software development, training and technical assistance to the Office of Child Care (OCC). The contract has a one- year base period of performance and a four-year extension option.
General Dynamics has provided the Office of Child Care with a variety of IT services since 2000, including development and management of three agency web sites. With the new contract, General Dynamics will deliver training and technical assistance to grantees and partners funded by the OCC, provide software development and web site management services, conduct data analysis and report on program accomplishments.See the full content of this document
