WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The Washington, D.C.- based U.S. Immigration Reform Political Action Committee (USIRP) today endorsed Democrat Kweisi Mfume in Maryland's September 12 Democratic primary race to replace Senator Paul Sarbanes.
