WASHINGTON, Aug. 10 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The Kerry-Edwards campaign released a new report today outlining the ways George Bush's fiscal policies have failed the American economy and American workers by providing ineffective, inefficient stimulus to help jumpstart job growth when our economy needed it most and dramatically increasing the deficit in the years ahead.
