INDIANAPOLIS, July 27 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The tradition of veterans helping veterans was extended to a whole new generation of American warriors and their families Wednesday with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the American Legion and the Department of Defense formalizing the "Heroes to Hometowns" program.
