INDIANAPOLIS, June 13 /U.S. Newswire/ -- A staunch supporter of America's veterans, Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.) received kudos today from the leader of the nation's largest veterans organization for announcing her co-sponsorship of the flag amendment, Sen. Joint Res. 12, during an address to veterans at the American Legion Department of Louisiana state convention Saturday, June 9.
