CA Federal Judge rules policy toward gay members of the military unconstitutional
WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Log Cabin Republicans are thrilled by a United States District Court's decision to overturn "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" due to its unconstitutional violation of service members' rights to free speech and due process.
