WASHINGTON, July 21 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Mina Corp. and Red Star Enterprises are pleased to announce an agreement with the National Security and Foreign Affairs Subcommittee of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform in the U.S. House of Representatives. The companies look forward to continuing their cooperation with the subcommittee's investigation of the U.S. Department of Defense's activities in support of the Manas Transit Center in Kyrgyzstan. As part of the agreement, the two companies will make individuals available for interviews with the Subcommittee.

William A. Burck of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, the companies' law firm, said: "We've worked closely with staff to make sure the Subcommittee obtains the information it seeks while preserving the confidentiality of the companies' operations and the privacy of its personnel. Confidentiality is essential to permit the companies to meet the U.S. military's needs in volatile areas of the world and supply vital fuel to our troops in the field."
