WASHINGTON, May 3 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Council on Aging (NCOA) today announced the launch of the 2010 Patchwork of Hope Network, an educational campaign to raise awareness of shingles and postherpetic neuralgia (PHN).
