WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- New York representative Tim Bishop, a Democrat representing the state's first district received the lowest possible score from the national security organization Keep America Safe.
Bishop's grade of F is based on a comprehensive study undertaken by the group, which analyzed every significant national security vote cast by Rep. Bishop since he assumed office in 2003.
