WASHINGTON, July 26 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Campaign for Tobacco- Free Kids honored South Carolina State Representative Rex Rice for his leadership in advocating policies to reduce tobacco use and exposure to secondhand smoke, especially among kids. Representative Rice was honored July 21st during the annual meeting of the National Conference of State Legislatures in Salt Lake City, Utah. Representative Rice, a freshman legislator, showed courage and leadership throughout the past session by supporting an increase in South Carolina's tobacco tax.
