LAS VEGAS, Feb. 18 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Ken Mehlman addressed the Caucus of African American Nevadans (CAAN) at a luncheon this afternoon in Las Vegas. CAAN is a bipartisan group of community, faith, and business leaders, formed to address issues of importance to the African American community.
