CHARLOTTE, Mich., April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Spartan Motors Chassis, Inc., a subsidiary of Spartan Motors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPAR), will demonstrate the importance of driver safety to our nation's first responders in a tactical setting at the Fire Department Instructor's Conference (FDIC), which opens today in Indianapolis.

Spartan Chassis has collaborated with Simulation Technology, LLC of Elburn, IL, to create a custom system representative of Spartan's emergency response products that simulates the driving environment of a first responder. That technology will be on display April 22- 24 in Spartan's exhibit (Booth #2222) at the Indiana Convention Center.
