BRUSSELS, Feb. 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Conference Board Leading Economic Index(R) (LEI) for Germany increased 0.4 percent in December to 106.2 (2004 = 100), following a 0.7 percent increase in November, and a 0.7 percent increase in October.

At the same time, The Conference Board Coincident Economic Index(R) (CEI) for Germany, a measure of current economic activity, increased 0.2 percent in December to 104.7 (2004 = 100), following a 0.1 percent decline in November, and a 0.4 percent increase in October.
