Toyota Companies Make Additional $500,000 Donation to Red Cross for Hurricane Relief Efforts in Florida, Alabama, Southern States

WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 /U.S. Newswire/ -- In response to the recent hurricanes in the southeast region, Toyota has donated $500,000 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund in support of relief efforts in Florida, Alabama and other states impacted by Hurricane Ivan and other recent storms. This donation brings Toyota companies' total contribution to $1.5 million for hurricane relief efforts.

The funds will provide food, water, shelter, counseling and other essential items to families left devastated by the recent storms.
