WASHINGTON, March 3 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The American Trucking Associations (ATA), the nation's largest trucking industry trade and safety advocacy group, today strongly urged Congressional support for an amendment to the ongoing highway reauthorization bill (H. R. 3) that would bar states from implementing tolls on existing lanes of the Interstate Highway System.
