Asa Hutchinson, Under Secretary for Border and Transportation Security at the Department of Homeland Security; Carol DiBattiste, Deputy Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration; Beverly O'Neill, Mayor of Long Beach; and Rear Admiral Kevin J. Eldridge, Eleventh District Commander, USCG will hold a media event to announce the start of the prototype of the Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) program at the Port of Long Beach.
