Linda Spears, Vice President of Corporate Communications and Development of the Child Welfare League of America (CWLA will provide testimony on the nation's child protective services system and the reauthorization of the Promoting Safe and Stable Families (PSSF) program. The Child Welfare Services program and the Promoting Safe and Stable Families program provide approximately $700 million in annual Federal funds to support services to ensure children are raised in safe, loving families. Ms. Spears will discuss improvements to the nation's child welfare system and make policy recommendations on the proposed legislation.See the full content of this document
